Yes, we issue an invoice for every corporate purchase. Payment is made against a proforma invoice — by bank transfer from the company account. After we receive your inquiry we send a proforma invoice, and once payment is made we issue the invoice with all the details your accounting needs and prepare the cards.

Physical cards — free delivery across Belgrade within 1–2 business days after payment, or pickup at the salon. E-gift (digital certificates) — sent by email right after payment is confirmed, with no location restrictions. For larger quantities (50+) please contact us in advance so we can align the timeline.

With physical cards you can add a personal message or company greeting in the envelope (e.g. for New Year or International Women's Day). For special personalization requests (a logo, a custom message for larger quantities), let us know in the note when you send your inquiry — we'll do our best to accommodate.

Yes. You can combine different values and card types in a single order. The discount is based on the total number of cards — for example, 5 Facial pack cards + 5 cards of 10,000 RSD = 10 cards total = 10% off everything.

There are two groups. Treatment packages (no price shown on the card): Facial pack, Body pack or any single treatment from the price list — the card shows only the treatment name. At par value cards: 7,000, 10,000 RSD or a custom amount — the recipient chooses any salon service: massage, face and body treatments, hair styling and makeup.

Facial pack (6,000 RSD): facial massage, facial peeling, face mask and hand massage — total duration 1 hour. Body pack (10,000 RSD): cedar barrel treatment, Thalgo body peeling, 60-minute therapeutic massage and Thalgo tea — total duration 1 hour 45 minutes.

Package cards show no price — only the name of the package or treatment. This is ideal when you want to give a gift “without a price”, so the employee doesn't see how much it cost. At par value cards show the amount and give the recipient the freedom to choose any salon service.

The physical card is premium quality in a gold card envelope — perfect for a formal presentation. The e-gift is an elegant digital certificate with a unique code and a QR code for verification, sent by email. Validity and terms of use are identical for both versions.

For employees working from home or a distributed team, the ideal solution is an e-gift — a digital gift certificate delivered by email, with no physical shipping and no geographic limits. You send us a list of email addresses and we send the cards directly to the recipients, or we deliver everything to you so you can forward them whenever you like (e.g. on the exact holiday date). E-gift is perfect for rewarding remote teams, freelancers and collaborators anywhere in the country or abroad — the gift arrives instantly, and the recipient uses it when they visit the salon.

An at par value card (7,000, 10,000 RSD or a custom amount) works like credit at the salon — the recipient chooses whatever they want, within the available value. It can be used for any IZIZI salon service: all types of massage (relaxation, therapeutic, sports, anti-cellulite, lymphatic drainage), face treatments and care, body treatments and care, hair styling and care, as well as professional makeup. It doesn't have to be spent all at once — any unused balance stays on the card for future visits, and if the chosen service costs more than the card value, the difference is simply paid on top.

The employee books an appointment through the online booking system, by phone or by message. When booking, they provide the card number (for e-gift — they enter the code in the “Code (promo or gift card)” field). On arrival at the salon, they present the physical card or show the digital certificate on their phone for verification.

The cards are not personalized — they are bearer cards and can be used by anyone who presents them. This means an employee can give the card to a family member or friend if they wish. An e-gift can also be forwarded by email or WhatsApp.

For at par value cards — no. The unused balance is kept for future visits, and the employee can check the balance at the salon or by phone. Packages (Facial pack, Body pack) are done in a single visit because the treatments are technically connected. If the chosen service costs more than the card value, the difference can be paid on top.

All gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
